Air Eject Die
Our Air Eject technology prevents waste from sticking inside the die cutting area, prolonging the life of your tooling across a wide range of converting applications. Proper web paths and air pressure can help preserve a clean web and a clean die.
By isolating the Air Eject portion into separate tooling, you gain better control of the air pressure, dramatically increasing the accuracy of your process and the life of your tooling.
Air ejection can be achieved through several different methods. Wilson offers traditional rotary union style, probe style, and manifold style air eject dies.
When creating your Air Eject dies, our engineering team considers many variables to ensure you receive the most efficient tooling.
Maximum number of eject holes for optimal performance
Adequate air pressure capabilities within the die material type.
