Wayne Dell

As procurement manager, Wayne's role is to find the highest quality materials that also deliver the greatest cost efficiency. Having been with the company for over 20 years, Wayne has seen many Wilson employees grow with the company, and he takes a lot of pride in seeing the advancement of people he has trained. Outside of Wilson, Wayne has been showing livestock competitively for most of his life, and he continues to maintain a hobby livestock farm today. Wayne also enjoys woodworking in his spare time.
